Magdalena Wolicka

Graduate of the Law and Administration Faculty of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. Ministry of Finance licensed tax advisor; has rendered tax advisory services since 1999. Participated in a number of specialist trainings in Poland and abroad regarding tax provisions and legal matters related to taxation and accounting. Between 1999 and 2007 worked for Andersen and Ernst & Young.

Specialises in corporate income tax matters, transfer pricing and doing business in special economic zones. She is successful in representing clients in dealings with tax authorities of the first and second instance as well as in administrative courts. Participated in a number of seminars and conferences presenting issues related to taxpayers’ active participation in tax audits and tax litigations. Advised on the possibilities of using various forms of state aid (special economic zones, EU grants, R&D relieves) in business. Her long-term experience in providing tax advisory services includes, inter alia, advising clients in the automotive, energy and FMCG industries.
