Reports will be reviewed by designated committees within our companies, established specifically to handle such matters in accordance with the provisions of the Whistleblower Protection Act. Each member of the committee is strictly bound to maintain the confidentiality of both the whistleblower’s identity and any information provided in the report.To allow us to assess the report thoroughly and fairly, we kindly ask that it includes a detailed description of the irregularity and the persons involved. If possible, please also provide any supporting evidence or documentation. We also encourage you to include your contact details so we can provide feedback on the status of the report.Please note that, as a rule, anonymous reports are not processed. However, the committee may decide to proceed with an anonymous submission if there are valid reasons to do so.The data controller of the whistleblower’s personal data is the company to which the report pertains.
