Your personal data, such as your name, email address, and any other information you provide in the contact form, will be processed for the purpose of responding to your message, based on Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation—that is, within the scope of the Company’s legitimate interest in being able to respond to inquiries related to its business activity, or in establishing and maintaining business relationships.
If the Company intends or is required to process your personal data for purposes other than those indicated above, it will be obliged to demonstrate a valid legal basis for such processing.
Your personal data may be shared by the Company with third parties, including entities affiliated with the Company and trusted partners (such as IT service providers). These entities may process your personal data based on a contract concluded with the Company and only in accordance with the Company’s instructions.
The Company does not intend to transfer your personal data to third countries.
Your personal data will be processed by the Company for the duration of the ongoing relationship, e.g. for the purpose of responding to an inquiry, presenting a cooperation offer, or exchanging correspondence, and after the relationship ends—until the expiry of the limitation period for any claims arising from the aforementioned relationship. In any case, we will cease processing your personal data upon receipt of a valid objection to such processing.
Under the conditions set out in the Regulation, you have the right to access your personal data, request its rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing, as well as the right to object to its processing.
Providing your personal data is voluntary; however, failure to provide your name and email address will prevent us from contacting you.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (the President of the Personal Data Protection Office) if the Company’s processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the Regulation.
The Company does not intend to make decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that would produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you.

Your personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of carrying out the recruitment process at the Company, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation in connection with Article 221 §1 of the Polish Labour Code of 26 June 1974. If you choose to provide information beyond the scope specified by these legal provisions, or if you wish to participate in future recruitment processes conducted by the Company, your personal data will then be processed based on your consent in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation.
You may withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time by informing us in person, by email (biuro@taxpoint.pl), or in writing to the address indicated in point 1 above. The withdrawal of your consent will not affect the lawfulness of data processing carried out by the Company based on your consent before its withdrawal.
If the Company intends or is required to process your personal data for purposes other than those indicated above, it will be obliged to demonstrate a valid legal basis for such processing.

These entities process the data on the basis of a contract concluded with the Company and only in accordance with the Company’s instructions.

Your personal data will be processed by the Company until the recruitment process for the given position is completed. If you have given your consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of future recruitment processes, your data will be retained for a maximum of 1 year from the end of the recruitment process in which you participated.
You have the right to access your personal data, request its rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing, as well as the right to object to the processing and to request the transfer of your data to another data controller, if the processing is carried out by automated means.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (the President of the Personal Data Protection Office) if the Company’s processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the Regulation.
Providing your personal data is voluntary; however, refusal to do so will result in the inability to participate in the Company’s recruitment process.
